We ask our players to constantly adapt to the circumstances on the pitch! 🏟 As a club we also had to adapt to the difficult times the world is currently facing. Covid-19 has been a tremendous test to everyone's resilience and we at Sintra will not be stopped by it! 🧱

Here is how we adapted our teaching methods during lockdown, with several weekly video sessions for our players, continuing their individual development until we can get back on the pitch together. 🌟
